The writing is direct, capturing the feeling of a breathtaking experience with rhyming text and repetition that make for a wondrous read-aloud. The most awe-inspiring parts of this book, though, come through the illuminating illustrations. Each page is incredibly vibrant and bold with yellows, blues, reds, and greens of every shade sparking excitement. Beyond this, there is so much diversity represented in this book, with people of all skin tones and abilities, that everyone will see themselves somewhere in the book.
